D\u00e9cision<\/strong>\u00a0: La Cour supr\u00eame\u00a0d\u00e9clare\u00a0que le pr\u00e9avis de cessation d\u2019emploi de trois semaines donn\u00e9 par l\u2019employ\u00e9 n\u2019a pas l\u2019effet de lib\u00e9rer imm\u00e9diatement les parties de leurs obligations respectives en vertu\u00a0du contrat de travail. Si l\u2019employeur emp\u00eache l\u2019employ\u00e9 de travailler et refuse de le payer durant la p\u00e9riode du pr\u00e9avis donn\u00e9 par l\u2019employ\u00e9, l\u2019employeur met fin au contrat unilat\u00e9ralement sans donner de pr\u00e9avis suffisant, ainsi d\u00e9faillant \u00e0 ses obligations selon l\u2019article 2091 C.C.Q.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
