Dollo, 2015 QCCA 1159 (CanLII)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Question en litige: \u00a0<\/strong>La notion de \u00ab\u00a0motif s\u00e9rieux\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0de mettre fin \u00e0 un emploi.\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/canlii.ca\/t\/gk1dr\">D\u00e9cision<u> compl<\/u>\u00e8<u>te.<\/u><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Les\u00a0Faits<\/strong>:\u00a0L\u2019employeur cong\u00e9die le vice-pr\u00e9sident aux finances.\u00a0 La raison que l\u2019employeur \u00e9voque est l\u2019\u00e9chec \u00e0 atteindre les objectifs financiers.\u00a0 La preuve a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que les difficult\u00e9s financi\u00e8res de l\u2019employeur \u00e9taient li\u00e9s \u00e0 la crise financi\u00e8re, la valeur du Dollar Canadien et le prix du p\u00e9trole.<\/p>\n<p><strong>D\u00e9cision\u00a0: <\/strong>La Cour maintien la d\u00e9cision du juge de premi\u00e8re instance.\u00a0 Notamment, que l\u2019employeur n\u2019avait pas de motif s\u00e9rieux de mettre fin \u00e0 l\u2019emploi de l\u2019employ\u00e9.\u00a0 La notion de motif s\u00e9rieux s\u2019applique \u00e0 tout employ\u00e9, peu importe leur rang hi\u00e9rarchique.
