Ils se sont s\u00e9par\u00e9s en 2004 lorsque l\u2019\u00e9pouse (la D\u00e9fenderesse) \u00e2g\u00e9e de 37 ans et d\u00e9tentrice d\u2019un dipl\u00f4me d\u2019ing\u00e9nieure.\u00a0 Au moment du divorce en 2009, la d\u00e9fenderesse, \u00e2g\u00e9e de 41 ans, n\u2019ayant fait aucun effort pour obtenir de l\u2019emploi.\u00a0 En 2007, la d\u00e9fenderesse s\u2019\u00e9tait inscrite dans un programme \u00ab\u00a0Illustration &amp; Design\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p><strong>D\u00e9cision<\/strong>\u00a0: Le tribunal constate que la d\u00e9cision de la d\u00e9fenderesse de s\u2019inscrire dans un nouveau domaine est un choix personnel ayant un potentiel \u00e9conomique r\u00e9duit et que son manque d\u2019ind\u00e9pendance financi\u00e8re n\u2019est pas un r\u00e9sultat de la rupture du mariage. \u00a0Plut\u00f4t, c&rsquo;est le choix personnel de la d\u00e9fenderesse, qu\u2019elle doit assumer la responsabilit\u00e9. \u00c9tant donn\u00e9 que le nouveau cours de la d\u00e9fenderesse se termine en juin 2010, le tribunal fixe un terme\u00a0de 10 mois pour la\u00a0pension alimentaire, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire jusqu\u2019au 31 d\u00e9cembre 2010<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Les faits: Les parties ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mari\u00e9es 11 ans.
